• Available to Members and their Spouses under age 60 and actively at work
• Acceptance is automatic, with no health questions or physical exams
• Two plans (50/50/500 and 100/100/1,000) available
• When totally Disabled due to an Injury, the policy pays a $500/ $1000 monthly disability income benefit for up to one year
• In the event of death by accident, the policy pays a $50,000/ $100,000 benefit to the named beneficiary
• When confirmed to the hospital as a result of an accident, the policy pays $50/$100 per day for up to 500 days
